We've upgraded conversation playback to include participant level metrics!
You'll see this in Playback by expanding the participant list. This will allow huge possibilities in future by allowing you to search deeper and more accurate information about your conversation metrics. Look out for updates posted on the platform and email as we expose these features.
Whilst we migrate all of your old conversations over the next week, you may not see any matched themes or questions. This is temporarily until we re-process them. Very old activities may also not show up in search results or statistics for 24h.
Please bear with us whilst we upgrade your activity to this new format.
